    Key Deliverables:

    • Skill Registry & Governance — versioned agent skills, safety scan, 422 SKILL_NOT_SAFE production gate with audited overrides
    • Skill Scan v2 — tool-description poisoning (the MCPTox attack vector) and hidden-text obfuscation detection (zero-width unicode, HTML comments, base64 blobs)
    • MCP Server Registry — transport/auth/provenance scanning, no-auth exposure and SSRF-pivot checks, 422 MCP_SERVER_NOT_SAFE enablement gate
    • EU AI Act Digital Omnibus update — new Article 5 prohibited-practice signals (NCII/CSAM), enforcement notes reflecting the 2 Dec 2027 Annex III deadline
    • Hosted live demo — app.aegissovereign.io + api.aegissovereign.io on scale-to-zero Azure Container Apps
