    Aegis Sovereign is built on the principle of data sovereignty. We believe your data belongs to you, not to third-party cloud providers or AI vendors. Our platform enables you to maintain complete control over your infrastructure, configurations, and operational data.

    Information We Collect

    Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, company name, and billing information. This is stored in encrypted form in our secure database.

    Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized usage metrics to improve our platform. This includes feature adoption rates, performance benchmarks, and error frequencies. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

    Contact Form Submissions:When you submit our contact form, we store your name, email, and message to respond to your inquiry. Email addresses are hashed for privacy while enabling deduplication.

    PII Masking & Protection

    Our platform implements automatic PII (Personally Identifiable Information) masking across all systems:

    • Email addresses are hashed using SHA-256 for deduplication
    • IP addresses are anonymized and never stored in plaintext
    • Cluster identifiers are bucketed into privacy-safe ranges
    • Timestamps are rounded to prevent timing attacks
    • Statistical noise is added to aggregate metrics

    Data Processing & Storage

    All data is processed and stored in line with GDPR and CCPA, under the security controls of our in-progress SOC 2 Type II program. Our infrastructure runs on Azure with data residency in your chosen region (Canada, EU, or US).

    You retain full ownership of your data. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements).

    Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
